Corte del Dome Taggiasca Olive Paté is an intense and velvety cream that encapsulates all the authentic character of the Ligurian Riviera. Made with a very high percentage of pitted Taggiasca Olives, it is enriched with extra virgin olive oil, aromatic herbs, and a touch of Modena IGP balsamic vinegar, for a balance of flavors that conquers from the very first taste.
Absolute protagonists of this specialty, Taggiasca Olives are a historic variety cultivated in the Imperia area. Known for their soft pulp, fruity taste, and a slight bitter vein, they are among the most prized in Italy. Their natural aromaticity, combined with expert processing, makes this paté incredibly versatile and full of personality.
Perfect for spreading on croutons or focaccia, delicious when paired with fresh cheeses such as robiola, surprising for enriching fillings, sauces, meatballs, or fish dishes. A preparation that combines simplicity and refinement, to bring all the gentle strength of Liguria to the table.

Pitted "Taggiasca" olives 87%, extra virgin olive oil 10%, salt, aromatic herbs (including thyme and rosemary), "Modena IGP balsamic vinegar" (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, contains sulfites), acidity regulator: citric acid. The olive might contain the pit or parts of it.
