Our drying process, carefully calibrated, is drawn out over the course of three days inside cells built from natural wood. This choice favors the product’s slow growth, allowing the complete preservation of the wheat’s organoleptic quality. This traditional method not only protects the pasta’s robust texture and flavor, but it also guarantees its authenticity and superior quality, making sure each plate is a perfect example of culinary excellency.
